The Benton County Fairgrounds will come alive on Nov. 2 during the annual fair Fall Fest. It will be a full day of fun, food, music, and games for the entire family. The festivities will kick-off at 10am and will go throughout the day until 5pm.

Craft show vendors will be on the site selling homemade goods. All craft vendors are welcome. Those interested in setting up a craft booth should call Log House Nursery at 584-3118 or Iris Clifft at 441-3799.

There will be a chili cook-off with cash awards for the best chili. First place will receive $100, second place $75, third place $50, and the silver spoon award (peoples choice) will receive $100. Tasting tickets will be available to the public. Those interested in entering the contest should contact Heather Deckard for an entry form at 584-4601 or e-mail hdeckard@utk.edu. awards for the chili cook-off will be presented at 1pm.

There will be a corn hole tournament with both youth and adult divisions. Live music will be provided by Stonewall Mosby. The music will begin at 2pm and will go throughout the afternoon until 5pm.

Make your lunch plans at the fairgrounds. Come and enjoy barbeque by Granddaddy’s BBQ. There will be BBQ and BBQ bologna.

Everybody is invited to bring the family and spend the day enjoying all the activities at the Fair Fall Fest located at the Benton County fairgrounds. There will be plenty of activities for everybody. All proceeds will benefit the Benton County fair grounds.
