DECATUR COUNTY, Tenn. – Court dates have been delayed for the two men accused in the murder and kidnapping of Holly Bobo.
Fletcher Long, the attorney for Jason Autry— who has been charged along with Zach Adams—said the next court appearances for the pair have been postponed until a special prosecutor is appointed.
Last month, District Attorney Matt Stowe removed himself from prosecuting the case after a dispute with the Tennessee Bureau of Investigation. Meanwhile, Long told NewsChannel 5 on Monday that defense attorneys plan to subpoena Stowe as a witness after TBI investigators said Stowe accused them of misconduct in the case.
