The Benton County Board of Commissioners met for their regular monthly business meeting on Monday night at the Benton County Courthouse.
The Commission went through approximately 20 items of mostly routine budget items with little opposition.
The Commission approved the Community Development Partners invoice in the amount of $2,500.00. They approved a resolution to begin responding to animal control calls within the city limits of Camden. They approved payment of invoices in the amount of $975.00 for the County Medical Investigator and Medical Examiner.A resolution was approved to amend the Rules of Order to require resolutions to the monthly meeting agenda be typed and into the County Mayors office by noon on Tuesdays. A resolution to enforce the Public Records Request form to be filled out in order to view and/or receive copies was postponed til next month.
